Following the principle of shark teeth, RETARD diamond instruments are multi-layered with diamond grains. Our special coating process combined with high-quality diamonds achieves high abrasion, resulting in less preparation time. Worn diamond grains are replaced by deeper lying grains - "."

In-vitro tests and practical experience over 20 years have proven that RETARD diamonds cut longer than conventional instruments. The long cutting performance makes RETARD economical. 

RETARD diamond tools are available in three grain sizes:

  • Coarse and normal grain for fast removal
  • Fine grain for finishing.
