For dental technical processing, WILOFA diamond instruments have proven to be excellent. Benefit from our experience and work with the precise tools.
For ceramics:
- For shaping of veneering ceramics
- To separate after the initial firing
- For grinding of oxide ceramic frameworks
- For post-processing of fissures in ceramic occlusal surfaces
- For fine grinding of silicate ceramics, inlays, veneers, partial crowns and crowns.
For alloys:
- Diamond instruments with 80-120 micron grain size
- For shape corrections on model casting clasps, shaping of EM cast parts.

of ceramic frameworks and veneers with WILOFA® technical diamond instruments
WILOFA® technical diamond instruments have proven themselves for post-processing ceramic materials, for edge processing of sintered full ceramic crown and bridge frameworks, shaping of connectors, for removing edge reinforcement and interference contacts, for processing fired ceramic veneers on VMK or full ceramics - in the fine-grain version for "polishing" the surfaces.
The special coating with a hard diamond grain gives the instruments a high grinding force, especially on sintered oxide ceramics (aluminum oxide, zirconium oxide) and fluorapatite sintered glass ceramic. They require only a small amount of manual force; this avoids microcracks in the ceramic structure.
